Drink one glass of water before
and after each session
Lie on your back and place your
ankles on the footrest

into the power socket
Switch on the power and make settings
on remote control
Twist the timer to the desired
time setting
Relax yourself as much as possible
and let this equipment swing your

a slower speed and gradually increase
to the desired speed
